Should it be allowed to view a notebook simply via it’s URL? Sometimes I am able to see the notebooks without being a collaborator via the URL https://datalore.jetbrains.com/notebook// with a yellow bar which says “To edit and run this notebook, request edit access or clone the notebook to your file system.”. Sometimes it redirects me to the the start page of datalore.
Static published reports always seem to work.
