Kernel: Basic Machine, IPython Kernel.
After waiting ages for pmdarima install (check this thread for the error I was having), I have decided to Stop Computation.
After that, I have closed the Notebook and now it is taking ages in the “Setting up environment” phase.
Already tried to stop and start again to see if it goes faster, but it is still going on.
This is only happening with a specific notebook.
I just tried opening a different one and everything went smoothly and the process was fast as per usual.
