I’ve been using Kotlin on Intellij Idea and Jupyter notebook for about six months. Recently, I decided to try Datalore and I found it has a lot of amazing features compared to the Jupyter notebook.
However, there’s one issue that is really annoying. The poor color coding in Datalore makes it look like a regular text editor, and it is, well, boring.
I think if you bring the Inteliji Idea color coding in Datalore for Kotlin, it will be really great!
Here’s a screenshot of the same code in Datalore and Inteliij. There’s a huge difference.
