"Can't start the machine" on new Enterprise deployment

Hi, just deployed Enterprise via Docker (on Ubuntu under WSL2) and as I go through the sample notebook, I continually get “Can’t start the machine”. Creating a new notebook has the same effect.

When I look at the log, I see something along the lines of:

this token is not registered in ResourcesMonitor

I’m sure it’s a configuration error on my end, but I’m stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it a clean installation? From what I see, such error could occur when trying to release a non-registered token, what could possibly occur if there are some leftovers from a previous installation.

As a quick solution, please try to remove all the data (docker compose down -v) and to re-initialise Datalore. If the issue persists, please send me your configuration files via DM (please redact secrets beforehand).

UPD: please also check the log for other error entries, the observed error could be a consequence by some other root cause.
